Defective/terrible customer service
The glasses are super cute but after I received them and tried them on they were super tight on the temple area. Almost like they were kid sized which makes me believe I got a defective pair. I reached out to customer service and they never responded and it’s been weeks. Kind of disappointed in the lack of customer service. I looked into just returning them but I got them during a sale and I would end up having to pay to ship them back and then I’d have to repurchase at full price and I honestly just don’t want to spend extra when I shouldn’t have to. This is my 4th pair of Lorvae shades and I don’t think I’ll be a returning customer.
