Fabulous

The taste and texture of this pasta is fabulous. I especially love the shape and find it very pleasing to chew. I love serving this to my kids and knowing that it is packed with all of the nutrition that einkorn has to offer.

My favorite Pasta!

This is my absolute favorite pasta… I don’t know what it is about the shape, but it holds onto the sauce like no other pasta. Because of the fold, you always get a great flavor in every bite. I keep stocking up and my family keeps using them up! Truly, you won’t be disappointed

Great shape for heavy sauces or meats

This shape is a bit denser than the usual shapes we get in the stores here, so I was excited to find it! It's got a bit of a denser tooth to it, and pairs well with heavier or bolder sauces (with capers, olives, for example.) It was perfect with a sauce made with tomato and ricotta and was so comforting. I bought a second box and we ate it with some bolognese from our local meat farm, for a tasty, quick meal. I think it would also go well with heavier meats and fish, such as lamb, beef, swordfish, and heavier vegetable bakes like eggplant. In my mind, I'm seeing this as a perfect pasta for winter or colder days.
