I had never heard of Mafalda pasta before and thought I would try it. I really liked the versatility of this shape. I tear them in half if I want a smaller pasta for soups and leave them whole for casseroles, plus it's gluten free and tastes great!

My kids love it

I made this pasta for my kids and they loved it. It didnt fall apart like other pasta types. Great with sauce!!
