I have been using jovial flour for a few months now. So happy I found your flour. I have gut issues, but seem to be okay with this amazing ancient grain. I’m getting use to the sticky dough process, I have made rolled & drop biscuits, loaf breads with all purpose & wheat flours and tonight a big winner, einkorn crispy chicken tenders. They were a hit! Now working on my sourdough starter to make a artisan loaf next week. Thank you for making a healthier flour!
