Organic Einkorn Whole Wheat Flour 2 lb.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful ancient grain flour.!!! I cannot have regular flour. But this I can eat. No blisters like with other flour. Thank you I can eat real homemade bread again.

I come from a mother and grandmother who were wonderful bakers. Mom made beautiful breads, cakes and pastries. I use to make them as well, but can not tolerate the white store flour unless I like blisters in my mouth and bloating. Etc. lol. Anyway, this is a superb flour, I bought your cookbook, and have tried many recipes. My favorite is the sweet potato rolls. I took them to Thanksgiving dinner. They were a huge hit, even with the finicky eaters. One said they could eat those rolls every day. Thank you for such a wonderful flour and recipe book. So glad you got into the einkorn business. I can. Now eat wonderful bread again. Thank you!!! Lori O.

Great Flour - I mix it with the standard Jovial and Flax seed etc and make muffins. No "gluten reaction".

Jovial is the best brand of products, from their beans, to their oil, and their flour! I use the whole wheat flour to regular einkorn flour, for a wonderful flavor. Organic, healthy food! We really enjoy using this flour for einkorn chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls, and hamburger buns.
