Best Flour Ever

I’m not sure how long I have been using Einkorn, but a very long time. I have Carla’s signed Einkorn recipe book. I don’t remember how I discovered Einkorn and Carla but I’m glad I did. I take pride in using and buying the best ingredients available. Jovial Einkorn is one of the best!

We love their products but the shipping is so slow and doesn’t update often (went a week without any updates at all until delivered). I like to track my order so I can bring it in since it’s food and over 100° outside.

Great product

Love this flour. Is versatile, can use in all types of baking. Having a gluten intolerance I have missed wheat flour, but I can enjoy this flour with no issues.
