Organic Einkorn Crispy Cocoa Cookies

I like the flavor of the cookie and not too sweet.

Mildly sweet, delicious with coffee or a glass of milk!

These are some of my favorite cookies! I don’t feel guilty having a few as an afternoon snack, because they are packed with protein and much lower in sugar than your typical grocery store cookie. Much more like the cookies you get in Italy or England. A guilt-free treat!
