These are some of my favorite cookies! I don’t feel guilty having a few as an afternoon snack, because they are packed with protein and much lower in sugar than your typical grocery store cookie. Much more like the cookies you get in Italy or England. A guilt-free treat!

I typically shy away from store bought cookies, but these have really great ingredients -- same as I would use in my own recipes -- and they are much lower in sugar than other brands. Great cocoa flavor, crunchy cookies, and the whole family enjoys them.
