I love Jovial’s einkorn. I love what this company is doing and the quality and care in their products. I’ve been using their Einkorn berries for years and years. It’s always been very clean. I’ve never found an errant stick or chaff or bad berry.

"Einkorn: Wheat as Mother Nature intended". Never hybridized; low, low gluten,; no bleach, bromine or glyphosate.. I immediately like the choice of color swaths on the 10# bags. Very welcoming/ good feeling with light orange & medium orange swaths, plus strong French blue and pale gray blue accent, all colors on a cream color background makes it Easy to Digest! The wordiness (in the bullets) is harder to digest.
