Great taste and no bloated feeling

These Einkorn Wheat Berries taste great and I don’t get a bloated feeling after eating them. My next adventure is to make sourdough with them. Jovial packages their products very well and they get the order shipped quickly.

I’ve been making 100% fresh milled einkorn sour dough for some time now. I started with Jovial and then transitioned to a brand that sells in bulk on Azure standard. I noticed though that I would have a runny nose whenever I ate the bread I made from the Azure brand. I have since switch back to Jovial and have no runny nose issues and the flavor is so much better. Will be a repeat customer from now on for sure!

It’s a huge blessing to have these grains in bulk. They store very well and will last a long time, so even if you do not bake a whole bunch it is an economical way to have the grains and be able to grind them yourself whenever you need them so that you get the freshest products and all of the deliciousness and health benefits.
