Really nice

This pasta is a find for us! We like the whole wheat, but this is really tasty and again holds up so well. We can warm up leftovers the next day and they behave beautifully!

Love this product. Would love to have jovial make an organic einkorn pasta product in the shapes of both ditalini and pasta rings.

More flavorful than regular pasta

I don't eat a lot of pasta, but my kids do. My daughter can actually tell when I'm using the einkorn pasta vs. regular, even when it's sauced. She says, "It's so much more flavorful!"
