EBM Porcelain Rolled Rim Ramen Noodle Soup Bowl

Good product, excellent service

The bowl is a nice size and it's underside is a flat black with flat red textured detail. Of the four bowls I ordered, one has a grey outside ring, and we'll all be vying for it when we have ramen. My order that inluded the four nested bowls arrived with the third one (!?) broken in transit. They might have benefited being packed with the newspaper being crumpled, or perhaps having the bubble wrap separating them instead. When I reached out to Globalkitchen Japan, they assured me, with (unneeded) apologies, that a replacement would be sent. A week or two thereafter, I was emailed with a request from U. S. customs to provide manufacturing and detailed origin shipping addresses in English. Shortly after I forwarded these requirements to Globalkitchen, they assured me that they had subsequently provided customs with the information and supplied me with the same just in case. After a week or so, in a dented box marked fragile, my last bowl arrived intact and well packed with wrapping paper. My only druthers are that it were packed instead with newspaper in Japanese. . .
