Finally made a loaf of sourdough using the AllSprouts Sprouted Spelt for the 1st time. It is sooo good! I used the recipe on the AllSprouts website since I've never used it before. I followed the recipe as written. The dough did a great rise, easy to stretch and fold. proofed overnight in the fridge. The loaf browned nicely in the recipes timeline. The crumb is perfect. The sourdough taste is quite mild. This will be my goto recipe now. YUM!
