I doubt any adults are eating this as I am but two packs helps satisfy my need for easy to digest whole grain cereal. This is the only cereal I could find with only sprouted wheat. The others have grains added which are worse for my systemic nickel allergy. It’s very good to me mixed with fresh or frozen berries and water.
