It’s great in theory but, the lightweight material ans lack of non-skid material makes this a little difficult to use. Also, because of the above mentioned issues the “treat” needs to be very thin in resistance in order for the ball to roll and the toy not scoot around (no peanut butter unless very watered down).

Product came apart immediately. Was convinced to keep it. Missed deadline to return. Newer model is out now and wasnt offered free replacement.

Wasn’t what I thought I ordered. And trying to return it for a refund has been a disaster. I got one respnse after my inital request beig apologetic and trying to seay me to give jt a try whennit wasnt what I wanted. And now I have heard nothing in over a week. Very disappointed.
