Never received due to company not shipping item. This was supposed to arrive two weeks ago after placing the order prior to Father’s day. They only created the label for the item. I had to go back & forth with customer service via email several times because they were adamant about USPS having the item along with the tracking number. This was not the case & I asked for a refund. I only received a refund once I told them I will dispute the charge because they were refusing to ship the item after I confirmed USPS never had it nor the tracking number. The overseas carrier they used for tracking items had an invalid tracking number. I will never use this company again. This item was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift & unfortunately I had to take my services elsewhere with a different company & that order arrived within 2 days.

This company is so bad. Add at least 60 days from purchase to receive all items. I’m still missing parts of my order and I’m over 60 days. While they may have 12,000 5-star reviews, I bet they have 12,000,000 1-star reviews. The items are coning from China so just expect poor quality and long ship times.

Made purchase on June 9. Shipping label created on June 15th out of Los Angeles, and I get it, they informed me that it’s coming from an upgraded production batch. Here it is June 28th and it hasn’t even made it out of California yet, its now in Anaheim. So in 13 days it has moved 25-30 miles. This is ridiculous. I am so regretting thos purchase. I can only imagine how long a refund would take if I would return this. Vahrelo needs to make better shipping decisions.
