Noise-Cancelling Earplugs

Entirely disappointed have been trying to get a hold of you guys for weeks now sending numerous emails and have you yet to get a response back . Part of my order was delayed, which I understand but there were items missing in the delivery originally and I got defective items. When I called to resolve this there has been no resolution. Nobody has contacted me back and I’ve sent numerous emails very disappointing. This is the second time I have made a large purchase with you all the first time went smoothly the second time absolutely horrible.

I really wanted to love these because they’re super cute and soft, but they just don't do the job. Despite the "noise canceling" name, I could hear everything around me as if I wasn't wearing anything at all. The fit was also a struggle. I tried all the included sizes (S, M, and L), and they actually hurt my ears. I couldn't even keep them in for more than 10 minutes. I really wish these worked as advertised, I wish I can return them for a refund, but because I got these on special sale - I basically paying $20 for the shipping and $2 for the item.
