Ultimate Travel Set

Really liking my ultimate travel bundle! Great material and beautiful color. I am so glad I got it when I did, I have couple of trips coming up and I will be using all the different sizes soon! 😀

while I am pleased with my product, customer service lacks efficiency and personalization. no phone number to call EVER, and communication is only with AI bots 95% of the time (not sure about the other 5% if those were real people or not). trying to get a problem resolved or help or answers was very poor, considering how much money of mine you had. plus then you tried to charge me an additional $105 . Plus the wait time between replies (even in chat) is ridiculous, days. If I had been able to reach a human on day one, I could have possibly had my issue resolved and my shipment on it's way sooner than waiting a month and a half for everything. was not impressed with Customer service and care.

Love the luggage. Appears Durable. But besides that very luxurious looking and I love the color( green). The locking system and the cubes to pack the clothes, to maintain the neatness is also very impressive and effective.
