Beatbot Sora 70 Robotic Pool Cleaner

Dream come true

I gave the Beatbot Sora70 to my husband for Father’s Day. We have wanted one for years but could never afford it. My hubby works hard, long days, often 6 days a week with little time for him to enjoy. He has taken care of our pool by himself for the past 20years or so. So I secretly saved up for a year and after much research, I was able to get this gift for him. He was so excited yesterday when I presented this to him. We put it into the pool in the afternoon for its maiden voyage. It took awhile to submerge but we discovered that is normal. Boy did it ever do a wonderful job!!! It worked better than we hoped. We have a lot of trees around us so we are constantly getting debris in the pool. It is so wonderful to not have to ask my hubby to vacuum the pool anymore! I love the Sora 70. So excited for this dream come true. I do wish it did better on the water line, but it did better than manually. It can’t quite make it up to the top step but it tries and the top step is always difficult to clean. For the relief and excitement on my husbands face when he opened the box… it was worth 10 stars! ⭐️

Finally, a Pool Cleaner That Works

So far, I love my Beatbot Sora 70. I've only been using it for a few weeks, but it's already a huge improvement over my old pool cleaner. It cleans better, is easier to deal with, and actually seems to do what it's supposed to do. Hopefully it holds up over time, but my first impression has been very positive.

Helpful Time Saver

We’ve had our Beatbot Sora for about a month, and as a busy family, I can’t stress enough how much time it saves us when cleaning our pool. Even when the pool doesn’t look especially dirty, I’m always surprised by how much ends up in the filter when we empty it out. One area we’d love to see improved is edge cleaning, especially where the floor meets the wall. The turn is too sharp for it to get dirt trapped at this intercept. It would be great if the Beatbot could travel the perimeter of the pool and clean that area more thoroughly. We’d also appreciate a few more controls in the app. For example, if the robot is cleaning underwater, you can’t park it to end the cycle early. There are times when we set it to clean and then decide we want to stop it and use the pool sooner. While you can catch it and pull it out, I always worry about damaging it by removing it mid-cycle. Overall, we’re really happy with the Beatbot Sora. It has made pool maintenance much easier and has been a huge time-saver for our family.
