Good Flavor Easy to Make

Honestly was hesitant before purchasing. However is has really good sweetness and flavor. Super easy to make cool water let sit for 20mins stir and done. I really would like to try other flavors, but the quantity in other flavors detour me.

Poor Customer Service

I ordered UNSWEETENED tea. The email I received from company stated company was sending me SWEETENED STRAWBERRY tea. I emailed the company within a couple of minutes of receiving the incorrect order email information asking company to correct this and to make sure to send my UNSWEETENED tea. No response. I emailed company 1-2 more times. Again no response. I received the SWEETENED STRAWBERRY tea. I will not be able to drink as I am DIABETIC. What a waste. Very unhappy with the ZERO follow up from my emails to company. No response to my emails. Badly done.

I ordered peach and received Strawberry. Allergic to strawberries. I have two boxes of Strawberry, and one watermelon. I only like the peach, and regular sweet tea. For that reason I give it a one star. How do I exchange the two boxes I have. And why was Strawberry sent instead of peach?
