Not actually a clear base

Guessing it would work fine over a dark polish, but this is hardly what I'd call green magnetic in a clear polish.... the base polish is a dusky greyish clear and the green shimmer particles do not all magnetize so while the line is crisp enough, there is green shimmer elsewhere as well.

Easy to magnetize, super pigmented

I really enjoyed the flexibility of this polish! I layered it with a sheer navy glitter to create a really fun aurora borealis effect. It magnetized very well. There is quite a lot of green magnetic pigment, which is both a positive and negative. You can't really use it as a green shimmer topper unmagnetized in the traditional sense, but I think that's part of why it's so bold when magnetized.

This is even better than I imagined. This green is phenomenally gorgeous.
