Black Thermal Top Coat

Works so well under a jelly or sheer. The formula dries quickly and is on the thicker side, so you want to apply this quickly snd without overworking it. Two thin coats or one thick coat should be enought for it to appear even.

My first thermal and new favorite. I want to layer this with absolutely everything. Under, over, or just on its own this is fantastic. It needs 2 coats to be opaque when black.
