DELLA Wall Mounting Bracket for 6000-36000 BTU Single Zone Mini Split

The wall mounting bracket was even easier than I thought and when I saw that we could unscrew the supports on the back and level the unit so easily I cheered. Similar to leveling a fridge but on the wall. Now that we have the unit I find myself noticing so many others, and how so many are not level. It looks like it belonged there all along because it so clean in appearance and it is level.

I ordered a Optima 18k system. The 1st condenser came in damaged. I sent photos and they got another 1 on the way. The 2nd unit came in perfect. It works great and simple easy customer service.

My brother who is an experienced electrician and handyman installed the unit. He's done one other installation the past (different make). The unit is absolutely wonderful! He was impressed with the quality as well. Was purchased for my sister's bedroom b/c the house HVAC unit only had an extremely small duct going into her room and was really useless. Very happy with my new Della, I highly recommend!
