OVERPRICED AND UNWILLING TO GIVE DISCOUNT

I purchased this R-22, 30# cylinder without realizing it is about $100- more than a few other vendors. Twice I asked for a partial refund, twice I received lip service ie no partial refund. Knowing what I know now I would purchase elsewhere.
