I emailed Homeboy with a request to redirect my order to send it to a different address because it was intended as a gift, and not only were they able to accommodate my request, but I received a phone call from a Homeboy representative confirming the details. I am VERY impressed with the level of customer service I received. It was a VERY positive experience.

Ought to be mandatory reading in Congress

First of all, order came swiftly, complete, and looking fresh off the store shelf. Father Boyle's approach to problem solving is a refreshing read in today's emotional climate. I recommend reading it if you're angry enough to start a conflict of any sort. A few paragraphs from anywhere in the book ought to calm any sane person down.

A worthy investment

Yes, it costs more to buy the book directly from Homeboy than from Amazon. I decided to buy directly from Homeboy b/c Homeboy needs the money more than Amazon. I'd rather use my money to support those who are supporting others. Book arrived quickly, in great shape, well-protected & yet in far less packaging that Amazon usually uses. Win, win, win! A fantastic (& challenging) read. Challenging in that it calls me & challenges me to think about & do things differently -- challenging in the best possible way.
