Cozy soft cotton. I will worry about it snagging so will be cautious with my dog. Loose boxy fit as expected. I ordered an extra size up to be sure to have length too. Wears shorter than I want, but to get it down to hip level, would have needed an even bigger size to get the drape. Still nice but note this if you like where it hits on the model. .

This is a comfortable and beautiful sweater. It is perfect for our weather in California. It has become so precious that I bought a second one this year. I hope you add more colors! I was between sizes XS and Small but XS was perfectly loose but not too big for me 116 lb 5'6".
