When my order arrived, my husband's shoes were a little small so I contacted the company to arrange a return/ exchange. I have to say the customer service experience was one of the best I ever encountered. Company responses were prompt, and polite with follow ups to ensure I was satisfied. The best part is the shoes are so comfortable! I will most likely be ordering more and would recommend them to anyone.

I received the shoes today. They fit better than the other ones I ordered. However, if I had tried them on before buying, I definitely would not have purchased them. I can see they’re very much like walking barefoot which feels good! I would prefer to have them wider, although the length is good. I will be keeping them and continue to make them be more comfortable.

This is the first time I’ve purchased these shoes and I really like them. I walk outside year round so I hope they are just as comfortable in colder weather.
