They're fine. More glorified water shoes than anything else. No arch supports. These would be great for the beach, hiking, anywhere there is not concrete. Don't not wear these on paved roads - your feet (and ankles. And shins. Knees. Probably your back & hips too) will ache and hurt if you walk a mile on paved roads in these shoes.

My feet are a mess. Arthritis and ankle replacements have made walking painful hile these shoes aren't a miracle cure they are extremely comfortable and fit very well. My toes have room to breathe and nothing pinches. Love them.

They seem a little bit big but my daughter said they are supposed to be like that so is that true or do you think I should exchange them for a smaller size 7/7.5
