LOVE the hat! However, I used the age recommendations and the hat is too small for my grandson. He is 9 months old. The hat is fantastic and will likely order in the future.

I had a few issues with my order but contacted Amy and she responded immediately! She stood by their satisfaction warranty and sent replacement hats for the ones that were damaged.
