Mens Stetson Python Round Toe Boot

I received the boots in my size yetvtgey font fit i canr get my foot in them when i tried to do a return i was told they nut eligible for return for some reason so im out $190 it never said anywhere they would not be eligible for return when I bought them theyre nice boots but i cant get my foot in them not true to size
