Fantastic
I had anaerobic coffee a few times before. It is always great experience. This is some of the best I have had. If you like coffee without cream and sugar, treat yourself to this coffee. It”s really great.

Exceptional
Not the best I’ve ever had, but certainly up there. Very quality coffee, excellent roast execution, tasting notes are spot on.
I’ve only made 2 espresso shots, 1:2.2, and the other 1:5, both very flavorful.
It’s rare to find a coffee that is this flavorful and also this flexible as far as recipe.
I can’t wait to find out what else is in store as I get this coffee dialed in.

Can’t get enough
I’ve had now a few experiences with anaerobic types, mostly of Ethiopian origin but these Ugandan beans have been a pleasant surprise! The tasting notes come correct with the fruitiness aspect - you’re getting deep, jammy grape flavors in the cup. I’ve dialed it in both for single shots & as cortados with great results - very highly recommended!
