Mah Jongg Pasta (or Mahjongg)

Clever design, however the 6 minute boil time was not adequate. I had to boil a full 9 minutes so it wasn’t thick and gummy. I rinsed it in cold water, then assembled it into a pasta salad with chopped celery, carrots and fresh parsley. With the seasonings I used, it was a winner at a Mah Jong afternoon party as attendees looked through the salad for the unique pieces.

Bought as a birthday gift and I know she will love these. Also bought the pickleball pasta. Adorable.
