This palette is pigmented and easy to use.This is an excellent product and would highly recommend to anyone looking for color that is bright and easy to use.

Very happy so far

I haven't gotten to play with all the shadows yet but so far very pigmented but blendable and no real fallout issues! The shimmer/glitter shades are even more gorgeous on than they look in the pan!
