I ordered this palette Nevermore. I was sent Nightshade instead. I receiced this on a Thursday. By Monday evening, I received notification that this palette was in the mail. Now that is service!

This palette is beautiful. The mattes are pigmented but still buttery and easy to blend and the shimmers are impactful and stunning. 10/10
