I know people hate customer service reviews when they're looking at products, but people should be aware of what happened. The mattress pad is good it came promptly. However I ordered a blanket along with the mattress pad. I never received tracking information on either. I just received an order number. A few days after I received the mattress pad I realized I hadn't received the blanket and I had to do some research but I didn't have any tracking numbers. I emailed the company. They never got back to me with a response. They just credited my credit card account. That blanket was supposed to be a special gift for Christmas. The mattress pad is warm. I wish I could be warm later in the year on my couch with my sweetie. And it's kind of sad because I found this site through a different site and I wanted to support this business because I heard it was good. But I will not be buying again.

I purchased the queen which fits like a full. Otherwise, I really like it over a 2" memory foam pad.
