Tried this using an Orea v4 (usng a 1:15 ratio) and it turned out super interesting. After dialing, it was a pretty strong watermelon taste, but also more like an acidic watermelon. For most I showed it to, it was a great experience. I’d probably only have this on occasion since the acidity isn’t what I’d want on repeat but I want to emphasize it’s still good.

Took dialing in, but for my pour over setup, 95c/195f water, 1:16 ratio, with a 45s bloom, makes this shine. Crisp acidity and practically zero bitterness. Very juicy mouthfeel, like a fruity black tea from Tong Mu village. Highly recommend for a milder co ferment!

I love it - exactly the watermelon nirvana I was looking for
