I’m a professional knife sharpener, and I’ve sharpened well over a thousand knives on fixed angle systems. And this is a joy to use! Sturdy for even long or heavy knives, clamps works well, you can adjust for small knives, or really long knives. The angle adjustment is superb, easy to use, feels well made and easy to use. I can highly recommend RS ultra, for beginners and for experienced users.

what an incredibly beautiful device this is. started immediately after it arrived. in the meantime sharpened several knives from edc to my japanese kitchen knives. everything is sharper than ever. solid construction and very precise adjustment in degrees. really recommended... is also certainly not the last thing I will order from hapstone.. thanks again for the fast and good service...
