The Velvetiser - All-New Pewter

While the Velvetiser is a bit pricey, the drinks come out really nice and taste delicious. I didn't read my owner's manual carefully and missed the step where I had to press the button after I selected the hot out cold setting, so I thought the machine was defective. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond. They asked me to send a video and quickly saw my mistake. Their response time was within the same day.

This machine and drinking chocolate have changed my life. This taste is decadent and silky smooth. 10 🌟!

This makes deliciously frothy milk for coffee. My fav use is for a hot matcha latte as an afternoon treat!
