Too heavy

I thought the Physioboard was a great idea for me because I can’t get up off the floor. Even though I purchased the small board, it’s too heavy for me to lift onto the bed. Consequently, I can’t use the board. I would love to return it, but the original shipping materials were discarded.

Quality Life Saver

I have not used my board that much but already see the benefits. I can't get down on the floor anymore, but I know that I need to keep up with my back exercises. I am almost 85 and know that if I want to continue to have quality of life, I need to strengthen my back. It is still a little awkward for me to lift it on and off of the bed, but I am working at it. Thank you for inventing the PhysioBoard.
