Never received the product. It has been over a month since I placed my order, and I still have not received a refund. The package was returned to the seller, yet they have failed to process my refund. Customer service and communication have been very poor. They also attempted to charge me for return shipping, despite advertising free shipping on their website and not clearly stating these charges in their terms and conditions.

Lo pude instalar sin problemas. Solo necesitas ver los videos! Pedí el modelo equivocado pero me ayudaron a regresar el producto y enviarme el correcto. Solo algunas veces el volumen baja sutilmente y es necesario ajustar bien el equalizador para que no se distorsione el sonido. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El servicio es excelente!
