Cremation Ash Kit Return

My only feedback would be having it notated somewhere very obvious that the cremains don’t get returned immediately with the purchase. I panicked when they weren’t with the order. However, customer service was very responsive to let me know what was going on.

I received my dog's remains quickly after being notified they were shipped. They were carefully sealed in a container.

The total experience was smooth and the ashes arrived with no problems. And the pieces we had made came out beautiful!
