The level of detail is incredible—his tail, his nose, his paws—everything is exactly right. When I showed it to my one-year-old and asked, “Where’s Korso?” he pointed to it and smiled. They were best friends, and he now says good night to it every night before bed. Beyond her talent, Wendy’s customer service is extraordinary. She kept me updated through every step and accommodated every request without hesitation—even adding whiskers (something that's not usually included) just because it was such an important part of Korso to me. My pet passed away last year and it was a devastating loss. It took over a year to finally purchase a final forever urn to replace the basic wooden one we had. I wanted it to be unique and special.
