No Response From Customer Service

I wanted to like it. Got 2 bags, they weren't powder at all, just a brick of product I had to break up into chunks. It didn't foam. I think my was faulty. Zero response from customer service.

The soap is just as groundbreaking

I've been using Bloo for my hair for 6+ months now and it has been a fantastic addition to my hair care - I've seen great improvement in my hair health and scalp health with far less itching and dandruff. I tried the soap when it launched and have been using it ever since - it's the only soap I've tried that restores the natural oil in my face rather than leaving me dry like Dove or other big brand soaps do.
