Buckwheat Groats (Organic) - Sprouting Seeds

We planted as cover crop in several places in the yard with success. As a side benefit we found the bees love the flowers.

Customer service was great - prompt and responsive to my concerns, and they made things right. They shipped a more than adequate amount of the correct buckwheat product to my door in a timely manner. As far as the sprouting process, it seemed to work as I've read even though I wasn't sure what amount I should have used in the quart sprouting jar or if I left it go too long. It would be nice, though, to have nutritional data on the finished product (e. g. a typical serving size of the sprouted finished product, ideas for eating, raw or cooked).
