I used 4 tablespoons in 12oz of water. I pureed them, hardly any gel. I won't purchase them again and I don't recommend them.

Beautiful flax seeds!

Excellent taste! The order arrived quickly. I got the bucket, and put it in my chest freezer and took a bag out to keep in the fridge to grind up as needed. Great company and will absolutely order from them again!
