I am super happy with my purchase and experience with True Leaf Market. I found the little Sprouting Guide Book included to be super helpful and I now feel like an experienced sprouter! :)

I haven't tried all of the sprouts that I received however I did the five part salad mix and the protein Powerhouse and the protein Powerhouse only sprouted a little bit there is still a lot of seed left in the container that I had them in. Which is a mason jar with a vented lid! I followed the directions on the bag to a tee not sure what's going on with the seed!
