If I was just reviewing just the curtains I would give them a 5 star as they are perfect and exactly as described on the website. The custom fit was perfect as well. However, it would have been nice to know that they were being shipped from China, so do not be in a hurry to get them or expect them within the 7-14 day timeframe they state on their website. Communication is poor with customer service and I felt in the dark until I stopped payment. Then they were very communicative. I tried to get information from chat sessions and they were not helpful at all. I did receive my curtains after taking the stop off the payment and they changed the status of delivery to urgent. I give 5 stars on the quality of the curtains and 1 star on communication/customer service. Would I order again from them...yes as long as I did not need the curtains before 30 days.
