The best sleep aids I’ve tried

I have been using this mouth tape for several months now. I am claustrophobic so was frankly pretty nervous about starting mouth taping so when I saw these with the hole in I thought I’d give it a go. I love them! Took a couple of nights to get used to them but now couldn’t be without them. They stay put but are very easy to remove. I’m also very happy they’ve started doing nose tape so I can buy both from the same small company.

I only started using this product last night, I held off for a while as I thought it might be an awful experience, it wasn't, I put it on with caution but soon realised it was thin and flexible yet strong, I wasn't sure how long I would keep it on, to my surprise, I kept it on all night, I breathed through my nose all night, didn't even notice it was on, it's too early to have noticed any benefits but I'm confident in the product.

Nothing not to like!

Breathing through my nose at night has certainly improved my sleep. I really like Dream Tape. Love the shape which means they fit nicely. They stay in place all night. For me there’s nothing not to like.
