Overall, it met my needs and works well.

During the unboxing I noticed that one of the lid's hardware (nut, washer, and bolt) were floating loose in the box. I also had to tighten the other three bolts on the lids to ensure they would remain in place. My assembly of the grill and components went smoothly. I noticed the back panel was bent in the lower rear corner, but the box was not damaged so it may have occurred during factory assembly. After only two uses, one of the lid rubber silencers broke off, which seems like a poor design to use rubber on an item that can heat up. The grill has great features and produces a lot of heat. I like that I can sear items and then grill them. The griddle is thick and has some weight to it and I like that I can remove it easily. Overall, this grill has met my expectations for use but needs better attention to the assembly process coming from the factory.
