I ordered The Last of Us Bloater statue and overall it’s a very impressive piece. The size is massive, it has great presence on display, and the weight (around 10kg) really makes it feel premium. The paint job is also very well done with a lot of nice details. What stood out even more was the excellent after-sales service. There was an issue with the base upon arrival, but the support team handled the situation professionally and efficiently. Thanks to their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction, I was able to receive a replacement base in perfect condition.
