Cheap Handles, Bad Quality for Price

I've been a fan of PurseN for a long time. I have the VIP Duffel and some cosmetic cases. Overall, the tote is a great size and has lots of organization space. The problem is the quality is VERY cheap. I used it twice on two domestic flights and the handle started to unravel. The stitching is separating and the handle is peeling off. Which makes the overall appearance cheap as well. For the price point, the handles should hold up better than two short domestic flights. I emailed the company informing them of the issue, provided photos, and received zero response. Poor quality, poor customer service. If they are willing to make it right, I'll update the review accordingly. But as of now, would not recommend.
