Great product but just a little complaint

It is actually a great recliner BUT I bought it for my 84 year old mom and she has a hard time learning and reading the button functions on the controller. She just broke her humerus bone and has to sit a long time in it so it could use a little softer butt cushion. Other than that it has been a life saver

Great chair for someone just out of the hospital with limited mobility. I would recommend it for anyone.
